Here’s Olivia, the baby of the family. When Journey Back Home begins, Olivia is still an infant but readers will love watching her personality blossom as they turn the pages. A beautiful child matching her beautiful name … except when it comes to sleeping through the night. She hasn’t figured that one out yet! With Jace as her dad, she begins eating ice cream sooner than Simone would like, and her favorite flavor is strawberry, maybe as a compromise to make it healthier than it is or could it be that pink is her favorite color?

Butter Pecan is the one that ends up in my shopping cart the most and is Simone’s favorite. The pecans give ithe ice cream crunch and it tastes sweeter than others.
Butter pecan ice cream is my father in law’s favorite too. I always think of him when I hear about that flavor. It’s so rich and creamy – Yummy!
I love to read your beautiful descriptions of this little girl. She is going to be an awesome, fun character to work with throughout these books. It may set us apart from pretty much everyone I know (and these posts on this family) but even when my son & I choose ice cream in our favorite flavors they almost always get thrown out long before they are eaten! We just aren’t big in ice cream. Strawberries in general though are a huge favorite to both of us. I created a strawberry cake a few months ago that barely cooled before we ate it all! It took several cakes before I managed to make enough to manage to give to my grandson for his birthday! 🍓
I am still a fan of Birthday Cake ice cream. Congratulations on your new book.
